An interactive computer vision installation for SAE Institute's campus expo, using real-time visual recognition to give passersby a reason to stop and engage.
SAE Institute is a creative industry school. For their campus expo, we built a computer vision experience that people could actually interact with, not just look at. The goal was attention: give passersby a reason to stop and engage with the SAE booth. The installation used real-time visual recognition to create a participatory experience, making the expo presence memorable for prospective students in a way that a banner or brochure wouldn't be.
