Astheron Technologies (“Astheron”, “we”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through it, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, optional phone number, optional subject and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on a potential project.
- AI chat assistant (Aron). Messages you type are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply and are not stored on this site; please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat. If you choose “Talk to the team”, WhatsApp opens with your message pre-filled and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies from there.
- Usage analytics. We use Umami and Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs, for example page views, referring site, device type and approximate country. Google Analytics may set cookies for this.
- Technical logs. Our servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) to keep the site secure and reliable.
How it is shared
We do not sell personal data. Contact form submissions are delivered to our team's private workspace through a messaging service (Discord). Chat messages are processed by Google (Gemini API) to answer you. Images and site content are served through our hosting and content delivery providers. These providers process data on our behalf and only to run the website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. To do so, email us at mail@astheron.cloud. We will reply within the period required by law.
Security
We use HTTPS, restrict access to enquiries to our team, and protect the contact form against automated spam. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
